A complete collaboration, the custom Leicht Kitchen features soft lacquer and wood veneer self-closing cabinetry and drawers with ample storage, Miele appliances, and White Macaubas stone countertops and backsplash from Karen Pearse Global Direct
An eclectic and amusingly eccentric elegance runs throughout the residence – Listone Giordano bespoke wood flooring laid in an exquisite chevron pattern, hand-painted Elitis wallcovering from France, made-to-order Tomato Red Cappellini sofa, and custom-fitted millwork designed by our studio.
Hexagon shaped tiles link both Full Baths in concept – in marble from Stone Source and matte black ceramic from Town and Country. The Master Bath features Calacatta Caldia Marble directly from our partners in Italy and Fantini water fixtures adorn both.
Lighting and ceiling details co-star in this design story – precision knife-edge cove lighting and LED light panels integrated within exposed I-Beams highlight existing Pre-War characteristics. Lighting Fixtures from Lites on West.
