In a building originally designed for rentals goes Co-Op. Thusly, the opportunity to upgrade a two bedroom residence with two full baths was commissioned by the client. This gut-renovation yields a completely new layout including a state-of-the-art kitchen that opens up into a gracious Living Room for entertaining and features a new office space.

"My design intent is to use a mix of antique and modern pieces with contemporary elements. The result I'm looking for is an unexpected combination that render every project unique."
